- To meet legal, regulatory, aviation, customs and immigration requirements applicable to the flight.

We retain personal data, including patient health information collected for a flight, for as long as necessary to deliver the service requested, meet legal, regulatory, insurance, and accounting requirements, and resolve any disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
10 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricting access to patient health information to those involved in arranging your flight. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
